Effective October 22, 2026
Website terms
These terms describe the permitted use of saveironwood.com, operated by Work & Family LLC d/b/a The Track. Questions or corrections can be sent to hello@playthetrack.golf.
An independent campaign
Save Ironwood advocates for The Track’s proposal for Ironwood Golf Course. This is not a City of Gainesville website, an official meeting notice or a representation that The Track currently operates Ironwood. Campaign positions are identified as our views. External references and case studies do not imply that the people or organizations discussed endorse or sponsor The Track.
Proposals and nonprofit status
Facilities, programs, pricing goals, fundraising targets and timelines are proposals unless expressly identified as confirmed. They depend on funding, feasibility, property agreements, City decisions and required approvals. Concept images illustrate possibilities and may differ from any final facilities.
The nonprofit stewardship structure is being developed. Work & Family LLC d/b/a The Track remains the proposer. This website does not represent that the LLC is tax-exempt, that a fiscal sponsorship agreement is completed or that a contribution would be tax-deductible.
This website does not collect donations or payments, offer securities, create a purchase or membership contract, or amend City procurement documents. Any future financial support would require separate information about the receiving entity and applicable terms.
Meeting and attendance information
November 19, 2026 is the campaign’s announced date. Five p.m. is our requested arrival time, not a confirmed time for the agenda item or vote. Meeting schedules, participation rules, locations and agenda items can change. Check the City’s official agenda and guidance before attending.
Downloading the calendar file or attending with other supporters does not register you with the City, reserve a seat, guarantee an opportunity to speak or guarantee a particular outcome. The City Commission makes the decision; attendees participate under the City’s rules.
Sharing and intellectual property
You may link to the site and accurately share its public campaign information with attribution. Do not misrepresent the campaign, imply an endorsement or affiliation, or reuse another person’s photograph, logo or other material without the necessary rights. Site text, branding, photographs and artwork belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use and external links
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, impersonate others or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict abusive access. Links to outside websites are provided for information; their operators control their own content and services.
Accuracy, availability and your rights
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Please contact us about a factual error or accessibility barrier. The site is informational and does not replace official records or a separate agreement for future services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Florida law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
Updates
We may revise these terms and update the effective date. A revision does not create a retroactive payment obligation, purchase contract or consent to a new use of personal information. Our privacy notice explains information handling and how to contact us.
