Privacy
Work & Family LLC d/b/a The Track operates saveironwood.com. This notice explains the information handled by this campaign website and the choices available to you.
What this website collects
The site does not have campaign signup forms, accounts, donation processing or payment collection. You can read the campaign, download the calendar file and copy a link without submitting your name or email address.
Our hosting and security provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. Such records may identify a device or person; we do not describe them as anonymous.
Messages you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use that information to respond, address your request and keep relevant correspondence. Sending a question does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not send payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Cookies, analytics and sharing tools
We have not installed advertising pixels or campaign analytics scripts, and the site does not set cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. Hosting and security systems may use technical measures needed to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and images are served with the website.
The copy-link button writes the website address to your clipboard only when you activate it. It does not read your clipboard or send a message. Calendar downloads are saved to your device; importing one is handled by your chosen calendar application.
Service providers and external websites
Authorized project personnel and service providers may handle information as needed to operate the site and respond to requests. We do not sell personal information or use this site to share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to address security incidents or protect legal rights.
Maps, City meeting resources, source articles and The Track’s main website are separately operated services with their own privacy practices. Forms or accounts on playthetrack.golf are covered by The Track’s privacy policy. Learn about our host’s practices in Vercel’s privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer the request or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention and security settings. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or records that must be retained.
Contact hello@playthetrack.golf to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about privacy. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing personal information and will explain any applicable limitation.
Children and security
This informational site does not invite children to submit personal information. Parents or guardians can contact us about proposed youth programs without including a child’s sensitive details. If you believe a child sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review it.
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
If we introduce signups, reminders or new data uses, we will update this notice and explain the relevant choices before collecting that information. The effective date above identifies this version. Privacy questions: hello@playthetrack.golf.
